Hoje, os materiais utilizados na fabricação de tênis de corrida são 99% plástico, especialmente polímeros que são 99% derivados de petróleo. A dependência da nossa sociedade em relação ao plástico e ao petróleo é um desastre ecológico.
Desde a extração de petróleo até o desperdício de plástico fluindo para o mar, por que não estamos buscando maneiras de reduzir nossa dependência em ambos?

Após quatro anos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, a VEJA lançou em 2019 seu primeiro tênis de corrida ecológico.
O Condor nasceu como o primeiro tênis de corrida pós-petróleo. Nosso objetivo é misturar desempenho, materiais biobaseados e reciclados.
Estendemos, aprimoramos e melhoramos nossa linha para atender às necessidades da comunidade de corredores, graças aos seus feedbacks.
Trabalhamos com a mesma equipe que concebeu o Condor para oferecer uma coleção de corrida tecnologicamente aprimorada com os mesmos materiais.
É fabricado no Brasil em uma fábrica que respeita os direitos dos trabalhadores.

A parte superior é feita de poliéster 100% reciclado. Oferecendo qualidades técnicas como leveza e respirabilidade.
Borracha Amazônica
Um dos principais materiais da VEJA é a borracha amazônica. Compramos a borracha diretamente de cooperativas formadas por famílias de seringueiros da Amazônia. Estes contribuem para a proteção da floresta evitando o desmatamento e a criação intensiva de gado.
O uso da borracha amazônica na sola traz aderência e aumenta a vida útil de nossos tênis de corrida.
L-Foam
Um material de amortecimento de látex, é expandido para fornecer amortecimento e suporte aprimorados.
Desenvolvido a partir de 30% de látex natural do Brasil, o L-Foam é um amortecedor de látex que oferece alta capacidade de absorção de choque.
Este material possui resiliência de longo prazo, mantendo suas qualidades ao longo da vida do sapato.
O L-Foam não é sensível ao calor, proporcionando 80% de retorno de energia.
Os inserções Pebax® Rnew®
Feitos de 62% de óleo de mamona, o Pebax® Rnew® é ao mesmo tempo leve e resistente, proporcionando um excelente suporte onde mais é necessário, sem peso adicional.

VEJA designed its first training style: the Impala.
Named after the antelope, a fast and graceful animal, the Impala is the lightest sneaker VEJA ever created.
The Impala provides comfort and support.
It was designed for a wide range of exercises such as gym workouts, runs on a treadmill, Swedish fit, Bootcamp, and Crossfit sessions.

Named after one of the fastest and most athletic fishes in the ocean, the Marlin comes in just 18 months after conceiving the Condor.
The Marlin was designed to unite and balance with the Condor 2 while satisfying the needs of the runners’ community. While the Condor 2 is perfect for casual runs, the Marlin is adapted for those days you have performance in mind.
It is light and dynamic and still comfortable for everyday runners. The minimalist construction and sharp midsole geometry provide fast sensations.

Condor
The Condor was born in 2019 to be highly versatile. The Condor is the go-to shoe for long runs, easy runs, and recovery sessions.
Combining maximum comfort and a highly secured feel, it is the most reliable partner to enjoy the run.
In 2020, the VEJA Condor was elected “Product of the Year” in the Running Hardware category by the 42 professional judges of ISPO, the biggest European fair for outdoor and sport.
ISPO Munich trade fair rewards technical innovations after prior evaluation by a jury of international and respected experts within the sports industry followed by consumers from the ISPO community.
Condor 2
For the Condor 2, we lightened up the upper by removing an extra layer in between the Alveomesh and the lining.
Multidirectional flex grooves have been created to enhance footwork.
We redesigned the whole midsole to decrease weight and improve comfort in motion.
